The Broker
Steve Brant is a San Diego Broker whose career spans lending, sales, investing and construction, giving buyers and sellers guidance on all of it.
Steve's real estate career began as a loan officer, including a role with one of the nation's largest mortgage lenders. That lending experience helps sellers head off financing problems before they cause trouble in escrow, and helps buyers secure strong terms.
He has sold over 500 homes, and has bought, sold and renovated property as an investor. His experience managing remodel projects gives clients a practical partner when weighing any improvement before a sale.
Steve graduated with honors in Business Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Outside of work he enjoys kiteboarding, writing and cancer related charities.
